Description: After the second straight day of heavy rain,residents and motorists in Terrytown on the West Bank and New Orleans found it slow going after more than six inches of rain fell between 12:00a.m.-7:00a.m. Monday, July 18, 2011. Both major roads and neighborhood streets in Terrytown were barely passable as standing water reached more than a foot and a half in some areas.
